Since Greg was late getting home last night from work, he decided to ride to school with us so he could hear from the boys about their 1st day at school. We were almost late this morning because we had to stop and get gas. We were going to drop Ryan off but he wasn't 100% sure that he knew the way so I told him that I would walk with him but not tell him where to go. Of course he did know where he was going and said we could just drop him off on Monday. Scott did also get to class on time.
Today Ashley and I spent the morning at a new (to us) grocery store that is more like Wal-Mart-clothes, housewares, furniture, etc on the upper floor and groceries on the bottom floor. I found a few new things there but there are still some things that just apparently aren't here. Then we went to S and R (our Sam's) to get some more things-they have the kind of milk that we prefer and sell cheese for the most reasonable price. We brought groceries home, put the refrigerated things away, and went out on an errand for Ashley.
She starts preschool in another week and needed a lunchbox. She said that she wanted a pink one and I knew just the place to go. One of our malls has a Hello Kitty store that so far we have managed to keep Ashley out of. When we went in there today, she was almost drooling at all the pretty things. We did find lunchboxes and the lady in the store asked if she wanted a pink one or a blue one, she immediately chose the pink one. She played with it a lot this afternoon and keeps talking about going to preschool. I hope that she likes it as much as she thinks she will when it actually gets here.
