Yesterday we went to Victory Christian Fellowship to church. It's the first time I've ever been to church at the mall. The kids had a great time in their classes. Ryan and Ashley talked about Jonah, made a craft, ate snacks, and watched a movie. Ashley told me she used lots of glue and after holding her hand walking to the car I could tell that she really had. Scott enjoyed the Kids Church for the older kids and said they talked about the armor of God.
Greg and I enjoyed the service we went to a lot-the pastor was talking about what is really important to people. He was teaching about the value of God's Word and used the illustration of how many of us would turn around and drive back home to get our cell phone if we left it there but how many of us would turn around and drive back home if we realized that we had forgotten to have our quiet time.
We had another quiet rainy afternoon at home, reading and playing with the kids-sad that the weekend is over!
