3rd new post of the day-I went with Ashley's class on a super chilly day to visit Walnut Grove Plantation-I was hoping that I would be chosen as a chaperone for this trip since I remembered taking my 3rd graders there when I was a teacher before the kids were born!
This home belonged to a family of very early settlers in Spartanburg County
They toured the house and grounds and dipped strings in wax to make candles.
