Scott's Birthday Celebration with Friends

Scott LOVES his friend Jacob's shirt with the periodic table on it!
Scott, Greg, Ryan, and Scott's 2 friends were on the yellow team that won
walking outside to the go carts
a favorite activity of the boys!
Ryan had a great time driving too

Greg and Ashley

below is a picture of how Ashley lives lift-wide open, waving her hands, having fun, and squealing!

Putt Putt golf was next!  Greg, Scott, Aidan, and Jacob played just ahead of me, Ryan, and Ashley

Just a little excited!

This face always makes me laugh
Super proud of her hole in one!
Fun with Middle School boys
silly faces while waiting for shakes-Scott really wanted to eat at Johnny Rockets and have milkshakes instead of a birthday cake so that is what we did

awe at the milkshakes!

Most of the boys wanted one more round of go carts but Jacob wanted to play games inside.  He wanted to do the Jurassic Park game and Ashley was game to do it with him.  You can tell she has big brothers in situations like that-Jacob said "shoot the dinosaurs" and she was right there having fun shooting the dinosaurs.
Ashley and I like air hockey and Jacob told us this table was cooler than the other one.  You start out with just one puck but as the game progresses many more come pouring out the side-you also have two things to hit the pucks with so Ashley and I both played against Jacob-and he beat us both!
All the kids-Scott and Jacob had many classes together in 6th grade and some again this year and he is also in scouts with the boys.  Aidan moved from Tennessee early in 7th grade and plays the trombone in band with Scott.  Good friends make the Middle School age much better!
The May 29th birthday people-Ashley asked me if we could both wear our Carolina Girl shirts-guess I should take advantage of her wanting to dress alike with Mom!  It was a great fun afternoon celebrating Scott with 2 of his buddies!  Can't believe we have a teenager now and that driving is just 3 years away after seeing him drive a go cart-hopefully he will be more careful with a real car!
