1. bat paste
2. sandwiches made of veal spleen
3. squirrel brains
4. fried tarantula
5. rotten goat's milk cheese-there are people who eat this ON PURPOSE! even though it contains LIVE insect larvae
6. cured rotted meat from the body of a basking shark
7. snake wine
8. other various still living insects
I came across this list online-while reading about a new addition to McDonald's Japanese menu-Fast food overseas always seems crazier than it does stateside, doesn't it? Particularly in Asia -- McDonald's Japan recently unveiled a burger featuring a patty of macaroni, shrimp and white sauce with a breadcrumb crust.
