Driving into the border station, leaving Singapore-we had to get off the bus twice as we drove to Legoland and coming back-once for leaving Singapore, then entering Malaysia, leaving Malaysia, and then entering Singapore again-to wait in line and have our passports stamped but it didn't take very long.
There was another park that we could have also gone too but wanted to spend all day at Legoland-Ashley would have loved it and so would the boys a few years ago-it was Hello Kitty, Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina, and Thomas the Tank Engine.
Our first views of the Legoland hotel
Ryan is just a little bit EXCITED!
The entrance!
We got to have our picture made with a giant Lego!
They had SO many cool things built at the park out of legos
The diver was one of our favorites!
I assume this says something about putting trash here to keep the park clean but I don't know!
Our first ride-the Technic rollercoaster!
Greg and the boys went first, then Ashley and I had a turn. It was fun but you went around lots of sharp corners and I felt like we were going to get thrown out of the car-Greg and the kids rode it several more times though!
Here they come down the biggest hill-everyone's mouths are open and Ashley's pigtails are flying up in the air.
The castle section was really neat!
This bank advertisement signs were cute-I took pictures of them for our brother-in-law, Chris, who works at a bank!
One of their 2 dragon roller coasters!
The royal family!
The children catapulting each other!
They had loads of hydrangeas in the park-reminded me of my mom and the beautiful ones in her yard.
You pull the rope to get yourself up and then slide back down and do it over and over again!
Greg and Ashley liked it too!
I think of all the rides at either theme park-this was my favorite!
We took a picture here of Ashley and the ballerina giraffe for Ashley's ballet teacher!
an aerial view of the park from another ride
Miniland here was really neat-tons of buildings from all over Asia!
I think it would be really cool to get to see these towers in KL
They had many sites we had seen in Singapore and a scene from the Philippines including bangka boats like we dive from and jeepneys!
There was a train that we didn't have time to ride
and a driving school-Scott finally gave up waiting and went back to the dragon roller coaster with Greg and Ryan who had a blast spending his saved birthday money buying legos!
Ashley REALLY wanted to do this and was super proud of the driver's license she earned!
Shortly after these pictures we boarded our bus and rode back to Singapore!
