3rd post of the day-We went to the cabin for Fall Break-it was built by Greg's mom and Dad but now his Uncle and Aunt own it but graciously share!
We took Max with us and were a little nervous about how he would do off of his leash, having a lot of freedom but he was great! I don't think he wanted to leave when the long weekend was over!
We went to Mercier Orchards
did a lot of exploring/playing outside and in the creek
Played games-the kids could safely leave games on the floor upstairs because Max refused to go up the stairs because they are open on the back.
He enjoyed a new toy that we bought him at the grocery store up there
Ashley "wrote" this with the magnetic poetry kit on the fridge
Grammy came up and spent one night with us. Ashley found this book that someone else had left behind at the cabin and enjoyed it. Her brothers have the one for boys at home.
It was cooler than at home but not really cool enough for fires in the amazing fireplace!
We were very happy to get a visit from Uncle Wayne and Aunt Boo!
We also did lots of shooting! We killed many coke cans and cereal boxes and milk jugs
We went for a long walk with Grammy
enjoyed the beautiful fall leaves!
and just had fun family time!
Bev took this picture for us and when I realized that everyone was looking and smiling even the dog, decided that would be our Christmas card picture!
Ashley picked up a ton of rocks but decided that she didn't want to carry them ALL so we left most of them

We killed some skeet too! Though many landed completely unharmed in the field!
