This is a boy in Scott's scout troop who was receiving his Eagle Award! So cool!
Scott has advanced now to the rank of 2nd class! Ryan was our photographer!
Here he is with his new rank badge-pocket on the right as you look at him and wearing his merit badge sash-he has 11 now.
