Friday afternoon I picked up Ryan and 2 of his friends at school. We came home, played some wii, and then met up with Greg for lasertag and dinner.
Proud of his time in the laser maze!
On the left: Wyatt, Ryan, Daniel, and Scott
A HUGE group of waiters/waitresses came out to sing for Ryan and though it is not captured in the pictures, he loved it!
Then we came back home for cookie cake,
Night swimming
presents
hero factory guys and pokemon cards
Both friends spent the night-I think they all got a little sleep!
On Saturday, Daniel stayed with us until time to go to Food Fest at school. He and Scott played chess, we had picnic lunch by the pool, and did some more swimming!
Ryan is showing me his 9 jump!
This is the twisting crazy 9 dive!
Ryan got to open family gifts on Sunday afternoon! Greg is laughing at my wrapping job and expressions of frustration that it is rare to find an actual roll of wrapping paper here. Oh well, he knew they were all Legos anyway!
I love these pictures of Ryan because it is a great genuine authentic smile. We tease him that sometimes his smile looks like he is about to be hit by a bus-more of a grimace than smile!
How could he not be happy with this many new things to build
and he didn't waste any time getting started! The one on his head can be a forklift or bulldozer. That one and the airplane are from Grammy. The firetruck and police truck are from the Gross and Gregorys. Greg and I are letting him spend his birthday money from us on our Easter trip to Singapore when we are going to also visit Legoland-I am a little worried that we won't be able to get him to leave there!
This is on March 10th-we said that his hair was excited it was his birthday! So FUN celebrating with Ryan!
