He was in the NICU for only 12 days and was extremely healthy for one so small. They were very strict with NICU visitors to protect babies from germs so other than Greg and I-his great grandparents who had driven up all the way from Atlanta were the only ones who saw him in the hospital.
GG and Grammy had been with us most of the week before Ryan was born, spending their time between the hospital and staying with Scott.
Coming home!
First picture with Grammy!
Below was our baby announcement picture-one of my favorites!
another favorite that shows how teeny he still was
GG and Ryan!
1st Christmas
1st birthday at GG's house with GreatMommy too!
2nd birthday at home-wish we knew how many miles were on this big wheel (that he now rides like a crazy person down Grammy's steep driveway) In his hand is his forever favorite stuffed animal, creatively named Doggy!
Below he turns 3 and I made a firetruck cake!
He turns four and we had a party at his preschool, one day after school! Below is the train cake I made for us to celebrate at home.
School party on the playground
Turning 5-we had a party with friends at the local fire station-another firetruck cake in the making
They were great: We got to see the trucks, meet the fireman, and eat cake in their garage
6 years old-new spiderman bike and batman themed party
Pinata in the garage!
Ryan's first b'day celebration in Manila with Angel his classmate whose b'day is also March 10
Celebrating last year turning 8 with friends to play lasertag, eat at Chili's and come home for wii and cupcakes!
