On Memorial Day weekend, Friday afternoon I took Ashley shopping for roller skates. She came home and wanted to try them out right away and is having a blast with them!
Greg took me out to dinner for my bday and we brought home our leftover chocolate cake for dessert-we shared with the kids for breakfast-like Bill Cosby's skit "chocolate cake for breakfast"
Scott got Star Wars books and is saving bday money to buy a new ipad
Ashley got a t shirt, some new earrings
and what a surprise-BOOKS
These cross earrings were a pair I had seen right after she got her ears pierced at Christmas so I bought them for Scott and Ryan to give Ashley for her bday. They were hidden in Scott's boy scout bin in his closet but somehow got knocked out into the floor. We wondered what had happened to them for most of a day but were happy to finally notice them in a small bag in the floor of the closet
