Big happenings!

 All three ripping the loop off of our paper countdown chain on the last day of school!!!!!!  We are so thankful for a great transition back to new schools in Greenville but they were happy that summer had finally arrived!

 Grammy came to visit for the weekend!  and got to be at church with us for a super special day-Ashley's baptism on June 14th!  Ashley was reading to Grammy and Elizabeth-her American Girl doll!

 We always try to get a picture of the 3 May 29th birthday people at our house-this year's was just a couple of weeks late!

Here was a special one of Ashley and Grammy after church!  So thankful for a Grammy who is close enough to come and wants to be involved with our kids-a HUGE blessing!

 Two of her classmates came home with us-they played

 we all 4 had pedicures

 went to the pool

 and ate Ashley's requested pink lemonade cookies, along with popcorn, and pink goldfish!

 Then they had a sweets shop that sold ice cream and other treats.  The boys were happy to be customers but wished the treats were real!  Can't believe our littlest is 7! 

Funny to think that almost half her life to this point was lived in the Philippines and much of what happened before our time there, she was too little to remember!  We went with all the cousins to Kennesaw University (where our brother in law works) to a July 4th family carnival in the summer of 2014 when we were home visiting.  We were trying to get the 9 kids quiet, standing, and listening when they played "The Star Spangled Banner."  Ashley looked up at me to say "that's not the national anthem."  I laughed as I was telling her that is not the Philippine one you hear played at your school activities but the American one.

Student Appreciation Day

2nd post of the day-A fun end of the year thing at Scott's school-each student got a free drink and baked good and they basically played ALL day!

 Every homeroom came up with a team name and themed shirt!  Scott's teacher was Mr. Wynn so they were the "Teenage Mutant Wynn-ja Turtles"

 There was a massive dodgeball tournament!

 It was a fun way to celebrate school being almost out.  I handed out drinks and got to see a little dodgeball!
